Modelo Decking is covered by a 25 year limited warranty to protect against rot, decay, splitting, and termite damage. The warranty guarantees that the materials will remain free from these defects for 25 years from the original date of purchase.If for whatever reason the deck has these issues, we ask that you take photos and email to our distributor where we will process your issue efficiently and replace those damaged boards as needed. If there are installations costs we will also cover that with at least 3 quotes from different installers. Modelo Decking is designed to require minimal maintenance. We recommend cleaning the surface of your deck regularly with a mild detergent and a soft-bristled brush. One more thing, your warranty will be voided IF you paint, stain or oil the decking boards.
