Modelo Decking offers a 25-year limited warranty to protect against rot, decay, splitting, and termite damage. The warranty guarantees that the materials will remain free of these defects for 25 years from the original purchase date. If, for any reason, the deck has these issues, please take photos and email them to our distributor. We will process your request promptly and replace any damaged boards as needed. If installation costs apply, we will also cover them, based on at least 3 quotes from different installers. Our deckings are designed to require minimal maintenance. We recommend cleaning your deck surface regularly with a mild detergent and a soft-bristle brush. One more thing, your warranty will be voided IF you paint, stain, or oil the decking boards.
