We removed the existing worn deck and installed H4 Low deck framing.

Once the frame was level and secure, we installed Modelo decking in Ipe Colour using hidden fasteners for a clean, seamless finish. Boards were spaced properly for drainage and expansion, with matching trim added for a polished edge.

The result is a durable, low-maintenance front deck with the rich, hardwood look of Ipe and long-lasting performance.
